地體 EarthBody

EarthBody explores Five Elements Lifestyle Medicine for Seasonal Living with monthly LETTERS and an occasional BLOG.

“EarthBody” is a literal translation from 地體 di ti, or terrane, a fragment formed or broken off a tectonic plate. 地 Di is the Earth, soil, land or place, that which is solid beneath our feet and in our meat, the body of our body. 體 Ti means form, body, or whole. In exploring how our individual terrane form our collective terrain, how we individuate and coalesce through the seasons and patterns of our inner and outer ecosystems, we explore thriving, walking in Beauty alone and together on the body of our Earth in our perfectly imperfect EarthBodies.

LETTERS are hand-delivered the first day of each month. Receive seasonal highlights, class and clinic updates, and more.

BLOG themes may include moon / herbs / writing / wild / art / poetry / seasons and other ecosomatic experiments in Wild Beauty. Subscribing to LETTERS does not subscribe you to BLOG. Change subscription settings at the bottom of LETTERS to receive— or remove— BLOG emails.
